Common-area cleaning
From entrances to shared spaces, a clear scope and a schedule based on actual traffic.

Follow the occupants’ route
The main lobby is not always the busiest area. Garage access, elevators, stairs and secondary entrances should be reviewed together. The initial assessment identifies surfaces, touchpoints and areas that collect dirt.
Separate recurring and periodic work
The plan may cover accessible floors, handles, accessible interior glass and shared rooms. Deeper cleaning is scheduled separately; it is not implicitly included in every visit.
Keep circulation possible
Zone sequencing, signage and drying time are planned with management. Events, moves or the cold season may justify a schedule review. Blocked access is recorded so an untreated area is not reported as complete.
