The pool, deck, access areas and furniture are not automatically one scope. Identify surfaces, condition and site instructions. The proposal specifies accepted tasks and limitations.
Confirm technical responsibilities
Water treatment, equipment, testing and opening decisions are not assumed to be included. Operations requiring specific expertise are confirmed separately with the site manager and relevant specialist.
Coordinate area closure
Plan signage, access and a review before reopening. Observed issues are reported to the designated contact. A service photograph does not certify pool compliance.
