Active work can reintroduce dust into an area already cleaned. Identify released rooms, other contractors’ final visits and newly installed surfaces. Use this sequence to plan the final clean.
Match the method to materials
Manufacturer instructions, finish curing and protective coverings affect the method. Hazardous dust, unknown materials, construction debris and work at height require a separate assessment; this is not a decontamination service.
Review before reopening
Management and the team review the area list, record access limitations and identify any follow-up. Marks caused by a material defect are distinguished from remaining dirt.
