Floor and glass presentation matters, but sales offices, customer waiting areas and staff spaces need cleaning too. The plan separates these spaces from the workshop and vehicle preparation. Each zone has its own access, constraints and contact.

Respect vehicles and equipment

Premises cleaning does not include washing, polishing or moving vehicles. Keys and handling of displayed products remain under dealership procedures. Before each visit, confirm accessible routes and items that have moved. Workshop areas require a separate assessment based on the residues present.

Plan before customer visits

Choose a window that leaves floors dry and routes clear before opening. For an event or showroom refresh, communicate layout changes. Deeper work can be organized by zone to limit unnecessary movement by authorized staff.

How do routine cleaning and floor restoration differ?

Regular cleaning addresses soil from expected use. Persistent marks, worn finishes or protective treatments need material assessment and a separate scope. The proposal specifies the work without promising that a routine wash will correct a finish defect.
