Hair salon and spa cleaning
Cleaning for reception, flooring and shared areas in salons and spas. KLEEN prepares a clear scope separate from instrument processing and treatment protocols.
Separate premises from treatment tools
A salon or spa combines reception, workstations and sometimes private rooms. Hair, floor marks and circulation surfaces need regular cleaning. Treatment tools, linens and devices have specific procedures that should not be confused with cleaning the premises.
Scope to review with the manager
Share flooring details, products used on site and manufacturer guidance. Identify surfaces accessible after your team stores personal items and instruments.
- Reception, handles and interior glass
- Floors and routes between cleared stations
- Washrooms and staff spaces
- Authorized shared surfaces according to material
Prepare rooms between closing and reopening
Provide the actual end of appointments and the time your team needs to tidy up. Secure open products and instruments before cleaning. For wet rooms, specify finishes and site ventilation instructions. Methods and drying time need to fit the first bookings.
Are disinfection and sterilization included?
Instrument sterilization and treatment protocols are not part of routine commercial cleaning. Any surface disinfection must be explicitly defined using compatible products and their directions. The establishment’s professional responsibilities remain separate.
What frequency suits a small salon?
Station count alone is not enough: consider appointments, activities and washroom use. Staff may handle some tasks between clients, while an agreed programme covers spaces after closing. Review frequency when traffic increases over a sustained period.
Tell KLEEN about your facility
We review inquiries across Greater Montréal, Ottawa–Gatineau and the Greater Toronto Area. Send your address, floor area, opening hours and areas to clean. Availability, methods, consumables and exclusions are confirmed in the proposal.
From the scope to its follow-up
