Coordinate Cleaning Across Multiple Properties
Keep a portfolio overview while respecting access, priorities and each address’s plan.

A starting point for each address
Each site should retain its contact, areas and instructions. A common presentation format improves readability but does not make properties interchangeable. Business hours may differ from condominium schedules.
Group similar decisions
Periodic work can be reviewed together to prepare notices and budgets. Feasibility is still assessed per site: vehicles, furniture and access constraints do not follow the same schedule everywhere.
Distinguish urgency from waiting
A priority request, one waiting for access and an item awaiting approval should not be mixed together. Status should indicate the next step, not just the age of a message.
Keep reviews short and regular
A useful review starts with open issues, visits to prepare and scope changes. Management can then decide where to focus while retaining links to detailed records.
Apply this to your property.
Describe the site and your priorities so the scope can be discussed with the team.
